How to make a short coaching session worth the time and fee.

EaseBrain Academy · 30 October 2026

Broad advice is difficult to use when you are facing a specific decision. Preparation makes a short session more useful.

  1. Bring the decision

Write one sentence: “I need to decide whether to…” Add what you have tried and the constraint that matters most. Use redacted or fictional data where necessary.

  2. Choose the right depth

A focused session is KSh 1,500 for 30 minutes and three written next steps. A full session is KSh 3,000 for 60 minutes and a short written action plan. Scope is agreed first.

  3. Use the plan

Choose an action, a measure and a review date. Further coaching is useful only if there is another clear piece of work to do.
