Who the programme is for

EaseBrain offers practical learning for adults, younger learners and teams. The public library is not restricted to one country. Individual saved accounts are available from age 15, with no upper age limit; younger children may explore suitable public material with an adult. Under-18 registration requires a guardian-led approval process before a learner creates an academy learning record. Use your correct age group and your own sign-in account. The sign-in provider has its own eligibility and parental-permission requirements.

What is offered

Public short lessons, fictional practical scenarios, science explorations and self-paced project guides are available to explore. Saving work requires an approved learning profile. Mentor allocation, meeting times, cohort availability and any separately agreed services must be confirmed with the academy. Access to a lesson does not promise a mentor, an immediate response, a place in a facilitated cohort or a particular learning outcome.

Costs and optional tools

This platform does not collect course payments. Its core learning activities use paper or free tools; hardware purchases and paid AI are not required. An optional tutor uses a learner-supplied API key only with explicit billing consent. The key owner pays the provider and controls their own budget. EaseBrain does not supply an academy-funded AI allowance. External products have their own terms and costs.

Respectful and safe participation

Do not harass, discriminate, impersonate others, interfere with access controls or upload unlawful or harmful material. Keep projects fictional or use appropriately licensed public data. Do not submit identity documents, health data, passwords or other people’s private information. Use simulations for electrical, biological, chemical and materials experiments unless a qualified supervisor approves suitable facilities and procedures.

Your work and assessment

You retain rights in your original work. You permit the academy to store and show it privately to you, assigned mentors and authorised administrators for teaching, assessment and support. Promotional publication requires separate permission. Credit collaborators, sources and AI assistance. Human assessment follows the published rubric. Ask the owner for a second review if you disagree, identifying the evidence and criterion in question.

Certificates

Certificates are non-accredited records of demonstrated learning against a named curriculum version. They are not regulated qualifications, school examination results, professional licences or employment guarantees. Issuers can revoke a record when evidence, identity details or an assessment needs correction. The private ledger retains issue and revocation events; the public code checker shows current validity without publishing learner names.

Participation and concerns

You or a guardian can request correction, export, withdrawal or deletion through the contact details above. The owner may pause access to protect learners or investigate misuse and should explain the reason and review route. Raise safeguarding concerns privately with the owner; do not include unnecessary sensitive details in an initial email. This is not an emergency response service.

Changes and applicable rules

Material notice changes are dated. These terms do not remove rights under Kenyan law or override applicable consumer and data-protection rights. Any separately agreed cohort arrangement should identify its schedule, cost if any, support, cancellation process and responsible facilitator before enrolment.
