My background combines a BSc in Mining and Mineral Processing Engineering from JKUAT, CAD training and three years of delivering coaching and training.
I co-founded Brant, a food-production business, working across production, sales, marketing and team development. My experience also includes leather manufacturing, warehouse and distribution management, and research and innovation consulting at Kwimu Research.
Industrial exposure includes mining and quarry operations, Rai Cement and Sotik Tea. These experiences inform how I investigate processes, materials, costs and practical constraints; they are not a claim of a regulated engineering or teaching licence.
I have led Tech with Brands since March 2024. Product work includes research and roadmaps for WakiliWorld, CampAIgner and TwB Security. Practitioner workshops connect this experience to customer discovery, enterprise and useful technology decisions.
As Head Coach, I lead an EaseBrain coaching team. The named coach, relevant experience and availability are confirmed for each engagement. Through EaseBrain, we bring that approach to learning: understand the problem, try something useful, examine the evidence and improve.
