Choose a school-approved need. Ask a useful question and separate evidence from assumptions.
The world of work keeps changing. Give learners a place to practise leading people, investigating needs and turning an idea into something useful.
We want young people to see possibilities, ask better questions and learn to shape what happens next. That means practising leadership: choosing a worthwhile problem, listening to others, making something useful and following through.
Technology and enterprise open doors to explore. They do not prescribe a career. A learner’s direction belongs to the learner. Disagreement, reflection and changing your mind when the evidence changes are part of the work.
Tony’s own path is execution partnership. Learners may discover that path, or forge a different one. Future collaboration with consenting adults would require a separate, fair agreement; joining the club is not recruitment or a promise of work.
The Club brings a teacher patron, rotating leadership roles and a practical project. The Academy supplies free examples and learning resources. Agreed coaching adds feedback where it is useful.
Start with one group and one outcome. A continuing programme is designed with the school, reviewed each term and handed on to the next student leaders.
An illustrative six-session cycle combines investigation, enterprise and leadership. Researchers, makers, cost-checkers and presenters rotate roles so contribution is visible.
Paper is a full participation route. Use existing materials and technology only where it helps the problem.

Compare two responses, their costs and trade-offs. Make a small model, workflow or communication prototype.
Test one measure, revise the work and explain the decision. Hand over a guide the next team can use.
For a reusable event display, teams compare cost, waste, durability and readability. They keep:
The agreed coach and teacher review practical reasoning, evidence, teamwork and communication. Attendance alone is not mastery.
Review each cycle before continuing. Adult alumni collaboration is a future direction, not an active placement service or a promise of income.
Confirm ages, group size, term-time permissions, facilitator suitability, teacher supervision, accessible materials and one outcome. Agree delivery, assessment, consent, data responsibilities, availability and any fee in writing.
Under-15s use adult-mediated activities without Academy accounts. No pupil contact lists, private messaging with children or public learner portfolios. This is not paid holiday academic tuition.
No active school network or accredited qualification is implied. Existing free-pilot promises remain within their original scope; continuing work needs a separate agreement.
