An interest is a starting point. Give it a test.
A seven-day project that helps a learner explore technology before committing to another course.
EaseBrain Academy · 17 October 2026
“I like technology” leaves a parent with a difficult question: what should we invest in next? Another course may add information without revealing what the learner enjoys doing.
Understand one task
Ask: “How do you know when an item is running low?” Listen for a specific difficulty. Do not request sales records, customer details or passwords.
Build a modest first version
Use ten fictional products. Add opening stock, units sold and remaining stock. Highlight items below a chosen reorder level. A paper table is enough if a computer is unavailable.
Test and explain
Ask the adult tester to identify what needs restocking. Watch where they hesitate. Change one confusing detail, then explain what changed and why.
Review the evidence
Keep the first version, the revised version and a short reflection. Did the learner enjoy interviewing, calculating, designing or explaining? Decide what to try next from that evidence.
The output is a small piece of work and a better question about direction. It is not proof of career fit or a promise of employment.
Put it into practice.
Choose a free lesson, keep your notes and return to use the idea again. You do not need paid coaching to continue learning.
