EASEBRAIN ACADEMY — OFFLINE MISSION PACK Show what you can do https://easebrain.live/curriculum/show-what-you-can-do CHALLENGE Present your project, complete an individual defence and use your learning in a new small challenge. Create a 30-day practice plan. LEARNING OBJECTIVES Explain an individual contribution using traceable evidence. Transfer a method to a new constraint and plan further practice. LEARN & APPLY 1. Tell the evidence story Explain the problem, your choices, the tests and the changes. Show original work and give collaborators credit. State what the evidence supports and what remains uncertain. Practice: Prepare a concise explanation with three evidence artifacts. 2. Defend your contribution Be ready to explain a decision, a failure and a revision in your own words. Independent understanding matters even when the final project was made by a team. Practice: Answer three mentor questions and record one thing you would investigate next. 3. Transfer and continue Apply a familiar method to a new constraint. Then choose one capability to practise for 30 days and describe the evidence you will collect. Learning continues beyond a showcase. Practice: Complete a new mini-challenge and a 30-day plan. WORKED EXAMPLE A supplier increases costs. Reuse your cost model, explain the changed decision and state what needs checking. This shows transfer more clearly than reciting a polished pitch. Credit collaborators and disclose AI assistance. YOUR PRACTICE QUESTION What three questions should your independent defence answer? Write your answer before reading the explanation below. EXPLANATION Why did you choose this? What failed and what did you change? What would you do under a new constraint? Support each answer with your own work and acknowledge uncertainty. STRETCH Write a 30-day plan with an observable outcome, practice occasions, a feedback source and evidence of progress. PRACTICAL: Defend a choice and adapt it Suggested time: 60–90 minutes + a 30-day follow-through plan Illustrated crew scenario (fictional learning example) Show the evidence behind your decision, then explain what you would change. I will use three artifacts: the first model, the test log and the revised version. I’ll distinguish my contribution from the team’s. PREDICT: What makes an explanation more convincing than a polished slide? STARTER: Prepare three minutes: problem and stakeholders (30s), method and evidence (60s), revision and limits (60s), next test (30s). Draw one constraint card: budget −20%, intermittent internet, or a new accessibility need. 1. Choose evidence Select three artifacts from earlier missions. Write a claim each supports and one claim it cannot support. Credit collaborators, sources and any AI use. 2. Defend and adapt Present to a mentor or supervised reviewer. Explain a trade-off and answer the unseen constraint without pretending you have tested the new version. Separate proposed changes from demonstrated results. 3. Plan transfer Create a 30-day plan with specific occasions, observable actions and evidence. Include a review date and a fallback if resources change. Record feedback and one revision. COMPARE AFTER TRYING: ‘I designed the tests; my teammate built the interface’ makes contribution clear. After a 20% budget cut, the Strategist proposes fewer features and a fresh cost test. She does not claim the cheaper version works until that test happens. SELF-CHECK Three artifacts support specific claims. I credit help and can explain my own work. My adaptation and 30-day plan are testable, with limits stated. TRANSFER: Choose a technology pathway and use its independent project to demonstrate the same skills in a new context.
